The initial previews are conceptual drafts. Our professional designers will fix any flaws in the preview images.
If you have any special requests (e.g. changing eye color), please leave a message for our designer on the customization page or add a remark at payment page.
2. About Final Preview:
After placing your order, you can contact customer service email at any time to request a preview of your final product.

📝 Order Cancellation & Modification
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 4 hours of placement.
After 4 hours, your order enters the design and production phase, incurring costs. Cancellations after this window will be subject to a production fee based on progress.
2. Free Modification Window
🔹Standard Customers: 1 free modification within 4 hours after order placement.
🔸VIP Priority Customers: 1 free modification within 8 hours after order placement.
3. Fees After Free Window Expiry
If modification is requested after the free window (4 hours for Standard Customers, 8 hours for VIP Priority Customers), fees apply based on production status.
💡 Important Notes:
To avoid fees and delays, please review your design carefully and submit all changes at once within your free modification window!
Please note: If order modifications are requested, the production timeline will start from the completion of your revisions.
📦 90-Day Hassle-Free Returns
We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Every item undergoes a strict quality inspection before shipping. Please review product details carefully, especially for personalized items crafted uniquely for you.
1. Full Coverage Returns
(We cover return shipping and all costs for the following reasons):
✅ Incorrect or defective item received (e.g., damage, manufacturing flaws)
✅ Customization errors made by us (e.g., engraving/design mistakes)
✅ Major quality issues (e.g., peeling paint, broken parts, non-functionality)
Process:
Email service@mekesllser.com within 90 days of delivery.
Provide clear photos/videos demonstrating the issue.
We will process a replacement or refund within 48 hours—no return required.
2. Limited Coverage Returns
(Customer covers return shipping; original shipping fees are non-refundable)
✔ Change of mind (e.g., color, size, personal preference)
✔ Non-defective personalized items (full refund, minus production costs)
Process:
Contact us within 90 days for return authorization and instructions.
Return the item unused and in its original packaging.
Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Cancellation Refund Tiers
Not Yet Produced: Full refund (including shipping fee).
Produced but Not Shipped: 70% product refund + full shipping refund.
Already Shipped/In Transit: Order cannot be cancelled.
5. Return Shipping & Refunds
For quality-related issues, we cover all costs—no need to return the item.
For non-quality returns, the customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
6. Return Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
