FAQs

Will I see the design before it's made?

Before placing your order, you can view your preview sketch on the customization page — our designers will use it to create the final piece. After ordering, you can request the final preview by contacting our customer service email at service@mekesllser.com.

Can I modify my customization?

Before ordering, edit it directly on the customization page or leave a note with your request. After ordering, email us to make changes. Free within 4 hours (8 hours for VIP); once production starts, fees may apply.

How long does shipping take?

Our custom products generally require 4–6 business days for production before shipment.

If you have purchased VIP Service, your order will be prioritized for production and shipping.

Your package will be shipped based on the method you selected:
📦 Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days
🚀 Priority Shipping: 5–7 business days

Notes: If you request any modifications to your order, the production timeline will restart from the date we confirm your final revisions.

Can I cancel or get a refund?

Since every piece is custom-made, you may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it for a full refund.

After 4 hours, your order enters the design and production stage, and costs are incurred. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a production fee based on the progress of your order.

Once production has begun, we will only remake or refund your order if it arrives damaged or contains a production error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos.
